This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the School collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “Student”) of the School. This Privacy Policy applies to the School and all Courses offered by the School.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Students in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Students enroll in the School or a Course within the School, subscribe to a newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available in our School. Students may visit the School anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Students only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Students can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain School related activities. If you are currently employed as a Marijuana establishment agent and are seeking to receive the three hour mandatory credit for completion you will need to take an online test. The test requires the participant to show MEA ID and agree to the terms of testing for compliance reasons. Your testing will be conducted through a third-party testing site. The testing results will be the property of KT & LL Education, that is, the results, video, snapshot and results. The results of the test will be kept in confidentiality at KT&LL Education LLC. The results are also emailed to you for your records.

When you are given access to the Responsible Vendor Training Program by KT & LL Education LLC, Budeducation, our online course software you are expected to keep confidential your username and password and not allow anyone else to log-in to your username and passwords and receiving answers from others is grounds for invalid training. You also understand you must produce your work and complete the course lectures, videos, quizzes, and discussions yourself without the assistance of others.

Test-taking requires absolute honesty, and cheating of any kind will not be tolerated. Having another person take the training or take the test is grounds for the training to become invalid.

We are committed to making this program accessible to all learning styles by incorporating cutting edge learning tools and design. We believe these assistive tools will help you to be successful in this course.

With that said, we developed several safeguards to protect the integrity of our program. Please familiarize yourself with the following Agreement provided to exam candidates before the start of the exam session. Failure to accept this Agreement the terms of this Agreement will disqualify the candidate from taking the exam and receiving credit hours for the program.

Time to Process the Course 3 hours and will be recorded using LMS analytics. You must have 3 hours of time on learning into the course. Before you will be allowed to take the course. No more than 3 hours of learning time may be credited to your learning development plan.

Online learning takes self-discipline. It is suggested that you set up learning times to finish the course as quickly as possible. Promptly completing the program will ensure continued employment compliance.

How we use collected information

The School may collect and use Students’ personal identification information for the following purposes:

  • To improve customer service
    Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
  • To personalize user experience
    We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Students as a group use the services and resources provided in our School.
  • To send periodic emails
    We may use Student email addresses to send Students information and updates pertaining to their order. Student email addresses may also be used to respond to Student inquiries, questions, or other requests.
  • To enroll in online testing

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Student personal identification information to others.

Third party websites

Student may find advertising or other content in our School that link to the websites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these websites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our School. In addition, these websites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These websites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Student, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The School has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage Students to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

REFUND POLICY:

The student can cancel the training course at anytime within the first 10 days of registration. The course fee will be subject to an $28.00 administrative fee and the balance will be refunded when:

  1. Online training course has not been completed and a certificate of completion has not been issued and
  2. Online training course of instruction is discontinued by the 'student' and
  3. Refund request is submitted in writing via email, fax, or USPS and
  4. Refund request is made within 10 days of registration.

Training courses come with a Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our training courses, we will be happy to refund the entire costs of your course, less a $28.00 administrative fee. You must submit your request within 10 days of registering and before attempting the final exam.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Bud Education is prohibited from issuing a certificate of completion if the student has not met all the requirements of course completion. Any falsification of information or test taking falsifications will result in an invalid training and a certificate will not be issued.

ENROLLING

Student enrolled affirms that they are the person who is assigned to take the training course and that all statements on the registration form are true and correct. Student also confirms that they have read the provisions addressed above and fully understands.

This agreement constitutes the entire contract between Bud Education and the student.

No verbal assurance or promises not contained herein shall bind the school or the student.

By Enrolling in any training with Bud Education, you agree to the Disclaimer and Enrollment Policies.

Your acceptance of these terms

By enrolling in the School, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not enroll in the School. Your continued enrollment in the School following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
